For Eyelash Extensions

If you currently have NO EYELASH EXTENSIONS on you will require a FULL SET.
REFILL appointments only apply if extensions are already applied.
If booked for an refill and you have no current extensions to refill, you will be charged FULL SET prices and we can not guarantee enough time to complete full set as they do require more time. Make Up removal will incur a fee.

Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by The Elegant Lash’s skilled & trained staff (or even by you), and whilst all care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. The Elegant Lash do offer a Free removal should this unfortunate event occur and they ask you contact them immediately you become aware so they can assist you as quickly as possible.

We offer professional lash services therefore it is the clients responsibility to make sure all makeup product or/and old strip lash glue is removed prior to Full Lash sets and Lash Refills. Kindly cleanse your lashes with the recommended lash cleanser making sure the root of your lashes is clean to ensure the best bond possible.

We do NOT fill other techs unless consulted with us prior. A removal and a new set is usually required due to poor quality of service.

For All Clients

When you book an appointment at The Elegant Lash, that appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.

A $40 non-refundable deposit for first time bookings is required to secure your booking. Your reservation fee will need to be paid at the time of booking an appointment. All payments can be paid by credit/debit card, PayPal or cash.

Booking fee will come off the total of your appointment cost.

As a courtesy to myself and other clients a minimum 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. 

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the deposit being forfeited.

We respectfully request that clients do not bring children into the salon. This is from a child safety standpoint and also so that your therapist can concentrate on you and your treatment. Our existing clientele expect and appreciate the quiet ambience of the salon.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment do so at the risk of being rescheduled.

NO SHOWS

No show with no advanced notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Last minute cancellations will be treated the same as no-shows.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If possible we will try to adjust our schedule.However we can not give a guarantee, so please be aware that your treatment time may be shortened with a full cost charged.

REFUND POLICY

Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money, and care on our client and staff’s behalf. The Elegant Lash will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot after care dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 24 hours. All retail product purchases are final sale.
